Customer Focus Group Program

Wouldn't you like to know what your customers actually think of your business? What is there opinion of your location, the exterior of your business and your services, office staff and prices?

 

Don't take our word for it. Get independent, unbiased feedback from your customers during one of our onsite Customer Focus Group sessions.

 

We will film the session, provide you with a full report and make suggestions on how to make changes based on the session that will improve your business and your customer service rating.

  1. We will assist you in selecting and inviting a cross-section of your customers, clients or patients to a focus group session that may include a dinner or gift.

  2. We will help you send out the invitations but we will manage the program and responses. 

  3. We will work with you to develop a list of discussion questions to draw out responses.

  4. The group will be video taped for review.
